Controller
The controller of the data collected through this website is Oravis, who can be contacted atinfo@oravis.it.
Contact form
When you fill in the form on the Contact page we collect your first name, last name, email, organization, phone (optional) and the message you send us, for the sole purpose of replying to you. The form is handled by the external service Formspree, which receives and forwards the data you enter: its processing is also governed by Formspree's privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use profiling cookies. Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) are set up in the code but disabled by default until a tracking identifier is configured.
Data subject rights
At any time you can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@oravis.it.
Oravis service data
The processing of staff and team data within the Oravis product (shifts, preferences, special-category data such as disability-related leave) is governed by a specific agreement with each customer organization, which acts as the controller of its own employees' data.
