Every plan includes the tools to build efficient schedules that comply with your contracts and respect your team’s preferences.

Automatic generation

Oravis builds the team's complete schedule in a few seconds, starting from shifts, constraints and availability. Changed a constraint? Regenerate it in moments, without starting over.

Pre-flight check

Before generating the schedule, Oravis checks whether the team is large enough to cover the required shifts and whether constraints conflict. If something doesn't add up, it tells you which constraint is blocking and why, instead of returning a wrong schedule.

Replacements with minimal changes

A sudden absence? Oravis proposes the solution that changes the fewest shifts, avoids last-minute changes and doesn't touch anyone already on duty. You confirm: nothing changes without your OK.

Verified shift swaps

Staff propose shift swaps to each other directly in Oravis. Before approval, every swap is checked against rest periods and contract constraints.

Working-time and collective agreement compliance

Every shift respects the working-time rules of your labour law and collective agreement: minimum rest between shifts, a cap on consecutive working days, contract hours and the agreement's specific rules — all configurable for your country.

Data hosted in the EU

Data lives on servers in Italy, within the EU, in an instance dedicated to your organization. On request, Oravis can be installed on your own servers.

Staff preferences

Each person states the shifts they want or want to avoid, with a priority level, or a time slot (e.g. "mornings only"). Oravis respects them as far as possible, giving more weight to the most important ones.

Fairness across the team

Share night, holiday and weekend shifts evenly among all staff, reducing tension and any sense of favouritism.

How much does Oravis cost?

Oravis has three plans: Free, at no cost for the first 3 months for up to 20 users and 3 teams; Business, at €1 per user per month for up to 100 users with unlimited teams; Enterprise, tailored to larger organizations.

What is included in the price?

Every plan includes automatic schedule generation, compliance with your collective agreement and working-time rules, and management of staff preferences. The Business plan adds unlimited teams and 2 hours of training.

How can I get a quote?

Does the price change as my team grows?

Yes. You can start for free for the first 3 months, with up to 20 users and 3 teams. Before the trial ends we let you know by email: if you want to continue, or if you go over that threshold, you move to the Business plan at €1 per user per month, only after you confirm. Above 100 users we prepare a tailored Enterprise plan.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The Free plan costs nothing for the first 3 months within its limits, and Business has a fixed price per user per month. For larger organizations we prepare a tailored quote.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You can move from the Free plan to Business, or to Enterprise, at any time as your team grows.
